As a small business each of our products are hand made to order to avoid waste. Although we aim to get each order out within 2-3 working days, this may be slightly longer with personalised products and during busy times. Please note: The office will be closed between Christmas and New Year. Orders placed in this time will be sent Monday 6th Jan. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks shipping for international orders. Please note, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and charges on international shipments. 

If you wish to exchange or return your items you can do so within 30 days of receiving them providing they are unused and undamage. Please contact us at info@iknowthequeen for returns address details. Please note, personalised items are non returnable.
